House I

House I was built in the early 1900s, but has since been completely renovated on the interior. An architect once commented that the house may have been relocated from another neighborhood as the original house bannister is not consistent with the neighborhood.

The spacious open main floor has beautiful archways and wooden floors.  It consists of a living room, dining room, large kitchen with breakfast bar, sun room, and half bath.

The second floor has two large bedrooms and one small bedroom.  It also has two full baths - one with an original claw foot tub.  Additionally, laundry facilities are on the second floor - saving the house’s occupants from having to trek to the basement to do laundry.

All bedrooms and common spaces in House I are fully furnished - including cookware and appliances in the kitchen, washer & dryer, and fun/wacky decor.   Bedrooms have beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers, and lamps.
