House II

House II is situated on a quiet tree-lined street a short walk away from the Washington University campus.  It is a historical three-story home built in the early 1900’s around the time of the St. Louis World’s Fair and still has much of its original woodwork.

The main floor consists of a foyer with original stained glass, a living room with original pocket doors, a dining room with seating for eight, a newly renovated kitchen.

The basement has a washer and dryer and a faux stone bar which is presently serving primarily as a storage area...though it certainly has great potential!

All common spaces in House II are fully furnished - including cookware and appliances in the kitchen, washer & dryer, and tasteful (but fun) decor.  Bedrooms are furnished with beds, desks, desk chairs, and lamps.
