House III is located immediately next door to House I. Although it appears small from the outside, it is spacious and open on the inside. This house has an enormous tree-filled back yard that feels like a private nature preserve - with abundant birds, bunnies, squirrels, flowers and trees.
This is a ranch-style house. The master bedroom has its own bathroom.
