House V

House V is a historic home and was built in the late 1800’s, but has since been completely renovated on the interior. The spacious main floor has beautiful architectural details and wooden floors.  It consists of an entry foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath.

The second floor has a very large full bath with a stand-up shower as well as a large soaking tub. Additionally, laundry facilities are on the second floor - saving the house’s occupants from having to trek to the basement to do laundry.

House V has a driveway and two-car garage as well as a back porch and nice green back yard (perfect for grilling and summer backyard gatherings).

All bedrooms and common spaces in House V are fully furnished - including cookware and appliances in the kitchen, washer & dryer, and tasteful decor.   Bedrooms have beds, desks, desk chairs and lamps.

It’s worth mentioning that this house is located in a  transitional neighborhood and there are a few derelict houses down the block.  If either of these factors is of concern, it’s probably not worth wasting our time or yours.
